The Young Warriors program is a great introduction to martial arts and physical fitness for 4-6 year-olds. It serves as a great way to set your children up to develop as a martial artist, as well as physically, mentally, and emotionally.

One of the greatest lessons our Young Warriors receive is discipline. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu does a great job of showing them what it takes to succeed in tough situations on and off the mat. They gain the discipline to prepare for school life and to be better at home.
We make sure to teach our students some basics in self-defense. These skills can be used in anti-bullying situations as students enter school. They’ll learn how to protect themselves and deescalate situations to stay safe.
Another great benefit Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes offer children is structure. Everything we do is in a pattern and is kept consistent for students to understand. This structure teaches them the importance of staying on top of things and being organized. This can translate into cleaning their room or staying on task in school.
