This program is a true introduction to the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Whatever you need to know, we will help you. Students in this course can start out without a shred of knowledge about BJJ and leave understanding the how and why of the art.
We don’t just teach techniques and moves in this program. We start at the very beginning. Students are taught the names to different positions, learn what to expect from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and so much more. Before you start applying techniques, you must know what is going on.
The techniques we teach in this class are the very basics. We make sure students understand what they are doing and how to perform on the mat. We don’t go into anything too complex, just the fundamentals to prepare them for the next level.
