Kids Jiu-Jitsu is a great fundamental program for children aged 7-12. This is a step up from the Young Warriors classes, focusing on more complex techniques and advanced training. Your child can start as a beginner or have experience in Young Warriors and fit right in!

This is where we start getting into some of the details of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Our training emphasizes a lot of positional techniques and education. This provides a strong foundation for their grappling and allows them to advance their BJJ game to the next level.
Kids Jiu-Jitsu is the first place we begin to teach for tournaments and competitions. Students are taught the basics in rules, strategies, and more. We do not force any student to participate in competitions. This is all for those who are interested in making sport Jiu-Jitsu a big part of their training.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is great for building confidence for kids. They begin to watch as they develop new skills and become a better martial artist. But this doesn’t just help on the mat. The work they put in class will directly translate to their self-confidence off of it. Whether it’s in other sports, socially, in the classroom, or anywhere else, your children will gain the belief in themselves that they can be and are great!
